St Kilda Road Office - Melbourne
This project involved a complete refurbishment of the floor on Level 1 and consisted of electrical & data installation, painting, new carpets and construction.
Construction included:
* The design & build of an open floor with 55 modern workstations, hot desks & open plan meeting areas.
* The construction of 2 x large meeting rooms with operable walls; allowing flexibility for large scale events.
* The design of a large 'breakout' area with seating and planter boxes.
* The installation of a large (8 metre long) 3D internal wall sign.
The project was completed to budget and within a tight timeframe set by the client.

Integrity Office designed, project managed and fitted out a large call centre for OCIS in Suva over a 6 month period.
The fitout consisted of 20 x offices, 4 x large meeting rooms, 2 x large training rooms, reception area, kitchen & a breakout zone for staff along with 380 workstations setup in an open plan call centre. The design; a modern Italian system was completely softwired with beautiful desktops and ergonomically designed task chairs.
The complete fitting out of electrical & data cabling was done to Australian standards for the entire call centre. All works were completed within the clients budget and time schedule. The estimated project costs being $450,000.

Office Fitouts Melbourne - ACS Financial Services
Camberwell
We designed and constructed the complete office for ACS Financial Services; including: 10 offices, 3 meeting rooms, 1 large boardroom and a kitchen; all fully fitted out with furniture. We also designed and built 50 large workstations in the open plan areas - around the total floor space; and supplied the associated furniture required such as task chairs and storage mobiles. The fitout covered a space of approx 500 sq metres.
With a 4 week timeframe; our clients were pleased to be able to move into their new premises prior to Christmas. We delivered as promised within the Clients budget.

Tenancy Fit Out level 46
This office fitout tenancy was designed by Payne Pattenden Architects based in Kew. We worked very closley with the Architect and Client to acheive the maximum work space and surround area to the workstations & storage units.
Stage One Works consisted of the office fitout of 38 people; complete with all wiring, mechanical, partitions and painting works. Stage Two Works consisted of making a new staff lounge area, larger kitchen, and demolition of some existing walls. The entire project was completed in 6 weeks and to schedule.

200 Arden St, West Melbourne
This project was required in 18 working days which was acheived on time for our Client; Worker Entitlement Fund Administration. We had to strip the complete floor of existing carpets, joinery, partitions and loose wiring.
The refurbished floor; with its electrical & data installation, new lighting, painted walls, new carpets, partitions, new office furniture and workstations have made the old building come back to life. The natural light from the north & south windows creates an inviting atmosphere.

Camberwell Victoria
The fitout works involved a complete refurbishment of the reception desk and foyer/lounge area. Also a complete refurbishment of the boardroom with new chairs, new wall unit & tv cupboard. The meeting area was also attended to and updated.
10 of the Associate Lawyers offices were completely re-fitted and refreshed with paintwork, new office furniture and storage. A whole new shopfront entrance was installed with stainless steel handrails, floor tiles and painted walls.

Office Fitouts Melbourne - Pentad Financial Group
Camberwell
Located in Camberwell the office of The Pentad Financial Group was an empty shell which we completely fitted out. The fitout consisted of electrical & data work, painting, new carpets, half a dozen plaster/stud offices, a meeting room, reception area , kitchen area, storage/filing space and approx 20 workstation settings.
In the open floor area we build 10 x Partners workstation settings. This whole floor area now gives the feeling of more space and maximises the natural light to all the workstations. We promised our client to complete this fitout within 18 working days so they could move in by Christmas - this was acheived by Integrity Office and Contractors.

Office Fitouts Melbourne - Monash Caulfield
Faculty of Business & Economics at Monash Caulfield
This project was designed by Payne Pattenden Architects in Kew with a fantastic colour scheme and large areas of natural light through all the windows on level 9 of this Building.
We were working with Harris Office Construction on this fitout which consisted of all the joinery & loose furniture. This project was completed in 8 weeks and to schedule; at around a total cost of $300,000.
