Melbourne University - Arts Centre
Open-plan office design; with curved wave feature in screens and desktops. Screens in bright blue and desktops & overhead joinery cupboards in red cherry laminate. Specifically structured to seat 16 people in a relative small area with no external windows in building; sky lights providing the only natural light to the room. The main feature is the curved wall to divide up the open space meeting room. This was designed by Fish Payne Pattenden Viney Architects for Melbourne University.

This post graduate area was set up with functionality in mind; to enable the post graduate students to work in their own areas with plenty of desktop space, storage and filing. Ansett Golden Wing
The 110 x Ansett Golden Wings Call Centre workstations were designed around the building columns, with pods in clusters of 6 workstations. A positive environment being created for staff, customers & visitors to the workplace. The pods allowing for better interaction and communication between staff.

Salesforce Australia is one of the largest call centres in Australia. This call centre is a bright and fun working area which echoes the "Focus, Fun, Fulfilment" philosophy of the organisation. This company has won many awards in the expertise and training of call centres.

Salesforce Australia - IT Department
These 50 workstations were custom designed by Salesforce IT Department; using frosted acrylic and stainless steel panels all surrounded by black powdercoated aluminium trims. The worktops are in a black checked pattern laminate with matching drawer units underneath.

This call centre is based on the traditional type of workstation desk. "Wave" shaped worktops with acoustic screens surrounding the worktops are completed with task chairs and filing drawer units.

Simplicity and solidity are the features of the Eclipse partition system. It is an essential line where care has been taken in even the smallest detail, in which every element can live within an articulated and complex structure or by itself because it is finished in a precise and complete way.
Eclipse also means space-saving, studied and realised by means of sophisticated techniques and a rational and planned use of material. Dun & Bradstreet Call Centre was designed around pods. All workstations are arranged in pods of 6 cluster, centre core to house all electrical and data cabling. 1 x Floor of 180 workstations to clients design.

Fly Buys Centre
The Fly Buys Call Centre workstations are upholstered in bright fun colours with all screen panels in the "Wave" design. This Call Centre is able to seat 162 persons with large spacious worktops and plenty of leg and seat room. These workstations echo the "Focus, Fun, Fulfilment" philosophy of the organisation.

Bigblue
This call centre was designed in a narrow space. The client wanted to make the fit-out look spacious with bright coloured acoustic screen panels. We were able to acheive this without compromising the design and space to enable people to move freely in and out of their work-space.

National Bank
The National Bank 120 x Call Centre workstations were arranged in an " S " shaped layout throughout the entire 5th Floor of the building. Worktops were made in contrasting colours with 2 tone fabric screen panels, solid satin chrome pedestal legs made to support worktops and screen panel systems and accessories. The entire call centre was soft wired with cable baskets fixed to the underside of all worktops.

Red Cross
This new office for the Red Cross was re-designed to suit their current staff requirements. New screens were added to the existing layout to house new staff and working volunteer areas. A screen 'tiled' system with removable fabric panels and glass panels was also added. Total system was softwired for both electrical and data wiring.

Foxtel
The 220 x Foxtel Call Centre workstations are designed to be spacious with a professional looking curved layout. Desks appear larger than their 1600mm size and can easily accommodate larger monitor sizes. The Foxtel workstations new shapes meet two purposes: they create a pleasantly productive environment for the worker as well as giving an elegant and dynamic image to anybody visiting the office.
The element which allows quick composition in every direction is the structural bar. It accommodates the electrical, telephone and data cables as well as the components of the system such as the legs, tops and cabinets. You can match the panels and define the spaces, have the function of supporting the tops and suspended accessories.

Hallis
Our client required a fit out with an economical use of space with desks back to back to create larger workable space with little floor area. The workstations were designed with the rest of the interior to complement the fluid lines and gentle curves, creating open dynamic feel of space.
All the modular storage furniture can be added at the ends keeping documents close at hand and softening the curves. This system is completely softwired with cable baskets under every worktop. All screens have hook on sorting trays.

Jetstar
The Jetstar workstations were upholstered with the wave type screen partitions. All the desk tops & drawer mobiles were in red cherry laminate. Bright colours were chosen for both the wave panels and task chairs to create a large spacious look area.

Fiji - Suva
Oceania Customer Interaction Services
Location: Suva, Fiji
Budget: $150,000
Scope of Works:
This project was OCIS’s first call centre for Fiji. All furniture was manufactured, shipped and installed by the Integrity team. The workstations were designed in a zig zag formation in clusters of 10 to 12, creating an open dynamic feeling. We were able to construct 120 call centre workstations complete with privacy screening, task chairs and CPU holders. Works also included training tables, seating, meeting room tables and chairs. A total fit-out in 36 hours was achieved on this project for our client.
